Yes, each bag is covered up to €500 with access control and tracked handling upon drop-off.
How is physical security ensured?
We use numbered tags, a supervised area and verified handover by the local team for every storage booking.
Can I leave shopping bags with you?
We prefer not to store open personal items such as shopping bags. Safety is a priority for us and an open bag could create unpleasant misunderstandings.

It is recommended to ensure availability, especially on weekends and during peak periods.
Can I change the time or number of bags?

We accept standard suitcases, trolleys, backpacks and bulky equipment on request. For extra-large items, we recommend sending a message before booking.
